My Wallet 記帳 隱私權政策

My Wallet 記帳（以下稱「本 App」）由 Peter Chang 開發。我們重視你的隱私，本 App 不蒐集、不上傳、不販售、不分享你的個人資料。
一、我們不蒐集的資料
本 App 不需要註冊或登入，不會蒐集你的姓名、聯絡方式、位置、裝置識別碼或使用行為。本 App 沒有廣告，也沒有任何第三方分析、追蹤或廣告 SDK。
二、你輸入的資料存放在哪裡
你在本 App 中輸入的所有內容，包括錢包、記帳紀錄、分類與備註、人員名單（及你為人員填寫的 Email）、分攤設定，都只儲存在你自己的 iPhone 與 Apple Watch 上。這些資料不會傳送到我們，也不會傳送到任何第三方伺服器。本 App 使用系統提供的檔案保護機制儲存資料。
三、iPhone、Apple Watch 與小工具
iPhone 與 Apple Watch 之間的資料同步，以及主畫面、鎖定畫面與手錶錶面的小工具，都是透過 Apple 系統提供的功能在你的裝置之間進行，資料不會經過我們。
四、網路連線
本 App 唯一的網路連線，是每天一次下載公開的外幣參考匯率，用來把不同幣別折合為你選擇的基準幣別。
‧ 匯率資料來源：金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局「每日外幣參考匯率」（臺灣期貨交易所，政府資料開放平臺），依「政府資料開放授權條款－第1版」釋出（https://data.gov.tw/license）。
‧ 下載請求只是取得公開資料，不包含你的任何記帳內容或個人資料。
‧ 與一般網路連線相同，提供資料的伺服器可能會看到你裝置的 IP 位址，我們無法取得這些紀錄。
‧ 沒有網路時，本 App 仍可完整使用，並沿用先前取得的匯率或內建的概略匯率。
‧ 匯率僅供參考，不代表銀行實際交易匯率。
五、郵件與匯出
當你使用「寄送分攤結算」或匯出 QIF 檔時，內容是由你操作系統的郵件 App 或分享選單送出，由你決定寄給誰、存到哪裡。我們不會取得這些內容。
六、備份
你的裝置若開啟 iCloud 備份或電腦備份，本 App 的資料可能會依你的系統設定包含在 Apple 的備份中。備份由 Apple 依其隱私政策處理，我們無法存取。
七、刪除你的資料
你可以隨時在本 App 內刪除記帳紀錄，或使用「重置所有資料」清除全部內容。刪除本 App 也會一併移除儲存在裝置上的資料。
八、兒童隱私
本 App 不針對特定年齡的兒童蒐集任何資料。
九、政策的變更
若未來功能變動而影響本政策，我們會更新本頁面並修改「最後更新」日期。

My Wallet Privacy Policy

My Wallet does not collect, upload, sell, or share your personal data.
1. No data collection. The app requires no account and has no ads, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
2. Your data stays on your device. Wallets, transactions, notes, people lists (including any email addresses you enter) and split settings are stored only on your iPhone and Apple Watch. They are never sent to us or to any third party.
3. iPhone, Apple Watch and widgets. Syncing between devices and widgets uses Apple's system features; your data does not pass through us.
4. Network use. The only network connection is a once-a-day download of public foreign-exchange reference rates (Securities and Futures Bureau, Financial Supervisory Commission, via Taiwan Futures Exchange, Taiwan Government Open Data, released under the Open Government Data License, version 1.0: https://data.gov.tw/license). The request contains none of your data. As with any internet request, the data server may see your device's IP address; we cannot access those logs. The app works fully offline. Rates are for reference only and are not actual transaction rates.
5. Email and export. When you send a split report or export a QIF file, it goes through your device's Mail app or share sheet, under your control. We do not receive it.
6. Backups. If you use iCloud or computer backups, the app's data may be included according to your system settings and Apple's privacy policy.
7. Deleting data. You can delete records or reset all data inside the app, or delete the app to remove all data.
8. Children. The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone.
9. Changes. We will update this page and the date above if this policy changes.
